Lucky you! CONGRATS! My daughter just bought an inexpensive wooden step stool at Michaels. She painted it with blue acrylic paint and let it dry. Then she had her two little boys step in a thin layer of white acrylic paint (she put the paint on a paper plate) and had them carefully step on the step stool to add their footprints. Let that dry and then she coated the entire thing in Mod Podge (matte finish). It looks GREAT! That's a great idea! I don't have any kids, but something like that for a gift for my brother and sister in law would be awesome! I have a 15 month old niece who would be the perfect subject! Thanks!
